Agamotto Becomes the First Sorceror Supreme

According to myth, in order to allow him to weild the Wings of Needless Sorrow, every living thing on Earth leant their magic to Agamotto, making him the first Sorceror Supreme.
Beings with equivilent powers to a Sorceror Supreme predate Agamotto's life, such as Ire of the Crua before the Ice, but he is usually considered to be the first to use the title.
