The Throat-Slit Outlaws store a lot of the goods destined for Grynizilt and Waldinhafin at Smuggler's Shelter.
The Throat-Slit Outlaws see the Byrgilfin stopping there. They think there is probably something worth taking but they don't have access to sea-worthy vessels.
The Throat-Slit Outlaws will often ambush the Waldschnayzin who try to travel south.
