Offcourt
This island is a slightly rare first stop for people starting off the Grand Line. This mountainous island acts as an adventure for those who travel through it. A single city sits along its banks, and wraps around half the island. It is a fall island, as it has orange and yellow colored leaves falling from trees, which get picked up by wandering “stray” animals among the city. The buildings around the city have a rough cobblestone road going through, with soft dirt burrowed in between. The city is built off the mountains, and has only a slight elevation by the back side. The city is named Offcourt City, and serves as a place of rest for lost travelers. They don’t get a lot of visitors, and anyone new will get some strange stares. They have no military presence, although they are part of the World Government.
