This area has limited freshwater sources on the surface, relying on the heavy rainfall that feeds into the creeks and rivers, which are aggressively drained by the roots of the colossal trees. The views, where penetrable by the eye, offer a stunning vista of bioluminescent flora against the perpetual gloom, creating an otherworldly natural beauty.

It thrives in the murky rivers and dense jungles, embodying a unique blend of terrestrial and aquatic prowess. Lacustris Horrendum: Lacustris Horrendum are monstrous fish dwelling in the eastern valley lakes, preying on Grung offspring and dominating the aquatic environment with their fearsome presence. Fructisonus Vespertilio: Fructisonus Vespertilio, or large fruit bats, navigate using echolocation to assist Mors Prismatis Grung in harvesting fruit from the Ubraquercus Giganteum Trees. They come in many shape and size, with some dwelling entirely on the ground while others having the ability to fly. Due to their durable carapace, the chitin from these creatures is highly valued for its strength and durability. Radixmyrmeco: Radixmyrmeco creatures, medium-sized rodents, use their thick claws to cut away at tree roots and use their long tongues to eat the smaller insects underground.
