House of the River Saint
Most of Kotha's painted clay buildings are uniform and square, but the House of the River Saint is one of the rare exceptions. Its limestone walls rise up over forty feet to form a detailed cathedral, with towers and buttresses that seem out of place with the rest of the city's architecture.
Purpose / Function
A worship House devoted to Gyayeh, the saint of rivers and fishing. Gyayeh is the most-revered goddess in Kotha, and as such her House is appropriately larger than any other.
