The Mad Queen's Crown

Congratulations! You - yes, you! - have procured a coveted entry permit into the grand city of Esset-Khal! Of course, the exit permits are obtained separately, and they are much, much more difficult to get - but why would you ever want to leave The Sleeping Dragon? Here, you are safe. Here, you are happy. Here, you are a law-abiding citizen who fully supports the queen and every decision she makes.   Drawn to the city by various means, you each arrive to find something strange afoot. The feywild seems to be encroaching on the city, taking root in back alleys and even the market square. Meanwhile, the Queen Atop the Mountain never leaves her castle, but issues royal decrees that grow increasingly unbearable to follow. Has the madness that touched her father and grandfather already dug its claws into her young mind?   This campaign will take place partially in the dwarven stronghold of Esset-Khal and partially in the feywild. Make unusual allies and dangerous enemies, infiltrate the castle, and stop the city from disappearing into the feywild altogether.
