Kallarch

A Planetcraft constructed by the Hyperion Federation located in the Ilioneus galaxy.
Although Kallarch was originally a useless ice planet, it has gained attention when the HF turned it into a planetcraft. The world is now a fortress world and is armoured with immensely thick layers of TGX Composite under the crust. TGX composite offers the same protection on the inside as it does outside, and requires less mass to construct on the interior. The saved mass gives it more speed and reduces the overall cost.
Like most planetcraft, the exterior is very well fortified and features a large number of surface-orbit weapons. This makes the whole world a large, mobile fortress but primarily serves the role of destroying enemy planetcraft using its main weapon, an immense spinally mounted quark-gluon plasma cannon. In fact, Kallarch is even better suited to targets larger than itself due to the extremely destructive properties of highly unstable quark-gluon plasma. The very cold nature of the planet, combined with its lack of a decently thick atmosphere, makes it a highly optimal planet to place this kind of weapon system on.
Often when it is travelling interstellar space, the temperature can drop even more, but the interior is monitored and kept habitable at all times, as this is where the vast majority of the crew are stationed.
Like most planetcraft, it is powered by Planck-Dismantlement Beam. During its construction a large amount of mass was mined form the mantle and core, the latter of which was replaced with a very strong electromagnetic field projector (very large superconducting solenoid), which was used to construct the interior of the ship itself. Now billions of civilians live on the planet, on top of the large numbers of military personnel keeping the ship crewed.
It has seen action a few times against both HEX Mainframe and Cypher Dominion planetcraft. The crew of Kallarch are very experienced and they stand as an example to other planetcraft crews in training. In one battle against the HM, it managed to position itself behind HM planetcraft and the it proceeded to destroy 6 different HM planets before retreating when the enemies turned around to engage Kallarch.
