Edric Wulsi is the Mayor of Hotsloth. He was appointed (reluctantly) by the Baron Brock am Ohnni to fill what the baron thought would be a rather titular position.
In reality, Edric Wulsi is consumed with a deep and overwhelming greed. He not only covets what he thinks others have that he should also have, but he actively schemes to get the very items he covets, at all costs. He has just enough education to make him dangerous with a tax ledger, and is perfectly willing and capable of altering accounts to ensure he has the funds available to get whatever he desires, whenever he desires.

Edric Wulsi is the Mayor of Hotsloth by the appointment of the Baron, Brock am Ohnni. He was a mediocre clerk for the Baron's Castellan, but was recommended by the Briar of Wessfall and thus was given the title of Mayor of Hotsloth.
