Lord Marshal, Quinn Blackbeard

Quinn Blackbeard is the current Lord High Marshal of Legions for the City of Thorahl and he is the nephew of the Clan Chief of the Blackbeards, Earl Blackbeard.
Quinn has been a soldier his entire life, and he has been an Officer in the Legions for the nearly 200 years.  He is a veteran of no fewer than 22 major battles, and was a renowned leader of Legions during the Ten Winter War of a century earlier.
