Remy Duclos
Remy Duclos was the older cousin of Roslyn Duclos, the current Countess of Aramor. Remy is famous for designing and building several ships that made it possible to hunt and harvest Giant Kraken from the coastal waters of the Eastern Sea. As the creatures were so incredibly valuable once harvested (primarily because they were so dangerous while they were being harvested), this brought an incredible amount of revenue to both the county in general and the Noble House of Duclos specifically.
Unfortunately, Remy lost his life while hunting the great beasts, and his son took over the venture. The design, process and procedes of the venture remain in the family to this day.
