The Red Dragon Inn

The Red Dragon is a small but successful inn near the center of town that is named for a legendary red dragon that once terrorized the region. Clean, well-appointed rooms and a stunning tiled bathhouse make return stays for travelers more and more frequent occurrences. The meals are large, delicious and (remarkably) affordable, so the Inn has a large and loyal following of local patrons as well as travelers.   The owner, Tom Cotton, is very well respected in the City. As a veteran with years of service behind him, he knows the trials of life on the road, and offers a small but useful trade in supplies from a portion of his stables.

Purpose / Function

The Red Dragon is a small but successful inn near the center of town that is named for a legendary red dragon that once terrorized the region. It offers rooms, meals, supplies, stables, baths and other services to visitors and residents alike. It is owned and operated by Tom Cotton, a tall, happy man who built the business up after a fire destroyed the previous building on the site. Over the last 15 years, he has hammered out a loyal following of local trade, as well as frequent repeat out-of-town business. The common room of The Dragon is often full of people from all walks of life and from regions near and far.

Architecture

The inn is not large, but it is still very new and sports many features that other buildings in the city lack.  Interior plumbing is one such feature, as are multiple chimney stacks and glass windows.
