The Ship's Wheels
The Ship's Wheels is a tavern and brothel located on the waterfront of Low Town in Len Doa. It's owner is Harry Wells and he has hired a notoriously violent man named Bigsby to run the place. It serves mediocre food and cheap drink to the most undesirable elements of the waterfront. Gambling, prostitution, and the fencing of stolen goods are all conducted in the tavern by numerous local thugs. The Ship's Wheels is left alone by the City Watch, thanks to the bribes and payoffs made by Wells to the Watch Captains at Blue Gate.
