Gaius
Commander of The Order of Sydon. . He is a
true believer who fervently wants Sydon to rule Thylea.
He commands a force of over one thousand knights
in Mytros and on the islands of The Cerulean Gulf. In
Mytros, he can usually be found at the Temple of Sydon
or the Great Palace.
The Heroes of Prophecy encountered him in The City of Estoria, where he proclaimed that Sydon had demanded the sacrifice of Princess Anora. The group thwarted his plans, destroying the den of Basilisks that had been consuming the recent flow of sacrifices, and instead, took the Princess's place upon the Rock of Estor to be 'sacrificed' in her place. After an uneventful night, Gaius was forced to release them, and left the city angrily atop his dragon mount, Argyn.
