Mallith

The Mallith are coastal dwellers who've managed to carve out a living in the Marithal Basin's challenging environment. Some believe they are descendants of the coastal inhabitants during the time of the Marithal Empire who managed to survive the Empire's fall and the subsequent tumultuous period.
Living in harmony with the sea, they are skilled fishermen and sailors, deeply familiar with the coastal waters and their bountiful marine life. They venerate the sea and its creatures, particularly the sacred Marithal Golden Carp. While they primarily remain within their coastal settlements, occasional trade interactions with the Senji do occur.
