Felana Alora
Purpose / Function
Felana Alora's main purpose is for the creation of the warships for the naval force of the Northern Elven Kingdom. The craftsmanship of any boat coming from Felana Alora is near otherworldly, and anyone examining them would be hard pressed to find a better ship on the material plane.
They also supply wood from the nearby forest as an export that helps to fuel the economy within the city.
Architecture
The buildings in Felana Alora are covered in beautiful shades of gold and emerald, similar to the capital and made of stones that have magnificent carvings. The city sprawls across the bay, with lights at night that dazzle any one walking its streets in the darkness. From the ocean you can see a radiant glow that eminates from the towering city. The houses themselves seem to take inspiration from many elven cities as the residents hail from all across Timeuria.
Defenses
After the Realmswar and the multiple sieges, the defenses at Felana Alora were dramatically increased. Several Coastal watchtowers positioned in the ocean surrounding the City, these serve as early warning beacons as well as a first line of defense as they are also equipped with their own small naval force and they can reinforce each other as needed, as well as requesting assistance from the main naval force in Felana Alora.
The next line of defense comes from the military stationed within the walls of Felana Alora. The walls themselves are over 10 feet thick and also imbued with anti-magic sigils to protect against magical bombardment.
History
Felana Alora was founded at its location due to its proximity to an enchanted forest that would allow for ships that surpassed all others. The original shipmakers here are said to have studied for a hundred years before they can even put a nail in a ship. The attention to detail is unrivaled and this put them on the map as the premier shipbuilding city in all of Timeuria.
At several points during the Realmswar it was sieged in order to try to gain access to the rare wood and enslave the shipbuilders to work for the betrayers and make their naval force stronger. This was met with major reinforcements and they pushed the evil gods and their armies back out of Tidallis.
