Dexa Bindevar
Dexa Bindevar was a member of the The Noori Thieves, a guild devoted to the redistribution of wealth in Noor via theft. She moved from her home in Korosk with her brother, Portam Bindevar, and her friend Dalfin Bramblethorn to Noor as a young Gnome.
Both she and her brother had studied as engineers under the great Artificer Trembix Altrousse in Korosk himself, and had moved to Noor to open a workshop - seeing opportunity for profit in the vast mining machines utilised there.
They hadn't lived there long however when Portam racked up gambling debts with the wrong people, namely the Baron's men. Their workshop was burned down, and her brother killed in the process. After this, her friend Dalfin Bramblethorn used his connections to get her into the thieves guild of Noor, where she built impressive machines to defend their hideout, in an old shrine to Hiddukel. She had vowed to seek revenge against the Baron.
This led her to plan, along with Tula Obinsk, to spring a trap when The Party brought Hinrich Thiel to negotiate at the hideout. They did not count on Nordbert Cotton being there, but saw it as a bonus as they were confident that they would succeed, and that the party may even help them. As Dexa released her robotic contraptions on the unsuspecting Baron's men, she was sure that they would win.
They were mistaken however. Izak Cossmann, her loyal leader mere minutes beforehand, turned on them after quickly negotiating a deal with Nordbert Cotton. Not only this, but The Party did not remain impartial as she had thought, and fought their way into the shrine.
The result was the death of her friend Tula Obinsk, fairly promptly followed by her own at the hands of Juan, the half orc barbarian. Finally, Dalfin Bramblethorn was killed in an attempt to avenge her - effectively eliminating the Noori Thieves Guild.
