Tula Obinsk
Tula Obinsk was a dwarven woman who came to Noor from Koyevo as a young dwarf with her father, Valdemar Obinsk, an accomplished blacksmith. They had left for The Western Peninsula to seek their fortune as blacksmiths - arming the ever expanding Noori guard and taking advantage of their proximity to the resource to make enriched armour and weapons.
While initially enjoying some success, her father eventually succumbed to his fondness for Sharpsugar, as many others had before him. When debts went unpaid to the Baron, the appearance of his men to inflict violence against her father became commonplace.
Eventually, the Baron sent Hinrich Thiel - a man reputed for his cruelty and capacity as an assassin - Tula was sure this would be the end for her father. Luckily for her, they also sent Izak Cossmann, a young man in the employ of the Baron.
Despite her father spending all his money on Sharpsugar and as such effectively paying back the Baron, Hinrich did not see it that way. He agreed to give Valdemar a head start before he pursued - a tactic that Hinrich used to further his enjoyment of the hunt prior to the execution. Tula ran with her father, in an attempt to help, but thought all was lost as Hinrich gained on them in pursuit through the city.
Their saving grace, however, was Izak Cossmann. He distracted Hinrich, and allowed the dwarves to escape. He quickly re-united with them and brought them to the abandoned shrine of Hiddukel under the city that he had found. They became fond of each other, and eventually formed The Noori Thieves. Tula had some innate illusionary magical ability, and used it to enchant defences in the Hideout. Eventually Dalfin Bramblethorn and Dexa Bindevar joined them.
Tula never forgave Hinrich or the baron, and so when Izak entreated The Party to bring Hinrich to the hideout - she saw an oppertunity. Initially she tried to convince them to kill him themselves instead, but conspired with Dexa to set a trap regardless. The trap was sprung as Hinrich Thiel and, unexpectedly, Nordbert Cotton, arrived at the hideout and made an alarmingly quick deal with her old friend Izak.
She was then naturally shocked to see Izak quickly turn against them and join Hinrich in a relentless attack against her. The tides turned even quicker as The Party joined the fight against them.
Ultimately, after being wounded by Hinrich's poison daggers and Izak's sword, Tula was killed by Warto O'Malley who sprung from the unseen darkness of the shrine and decapitated her. Her death was quickly followed by Dexa Bindevar's, and then Dalfin Bramblethorn's. Izak Cossmann left the hideout with his new allies - effectively destroying The Noori Thieves.
