The Amphitheatre of Damotyre is a famous theater in the
Summerlund city of
Estwald. Situated in a public park and named for the
Summerling Tiefling playwright
Damotyre Nudrassen, it was commissioned by Nudrassen’s patron, King
Kostyn Lavonwyn. At first, it was used primarily as an arena for Damotyre’s poetic theater pieces. After Damotyre’s passing, it slowly became known as one of the greatest theaters on
Tol.
Minotaur poets,
Hastane skalds,
Eladrin balladeers, and
Bards of all stripes come to the theater to make their names in Estwald. It is a large theater, so performers need to be able to project.
