A Book of Portals is a magical device, several of which were crafted at the
Universitas Magesterium before its fall. The book allows its possessor to cast the teleportation circle spell, as long as they possess the knowledge of ritual casting. They must still expend the material component cost to make it work.

Benethir Talvarison. It currently holds the following circle keys:
