Iggwilv

Iggwilv is a name given to a Wizard and Warlock who may have hailed from a place called Oerth, another world than Tol. She is also known as Tasha, creator of the infamous spell of hideous laughter that bears her name. Iggwilv is rumored to have been one of the adopted daughters of Mana Lima, but to have taken up a romance with the Demon Prince Graz'zt to gain power and possibly to have borne one or more half-demon children with him. During this time, it's believed she collected the true names of many fiends, which she recorded in a book known as the Demonomicon of Iggwilv. It's also believe that, during this time, she attempted the conquest of Oerth, taking up the title of Witch-Queen, only to be thwarted by the world-hopping wizard Mordenkainen. Her whereabouts after this are largely unknown, although information uncovered by the in 1091 SKR suggests that Iggwilv, Adala Tarmoore, and the Arch-Fey Zybilna are all the same person.
