Kalarion Runesmith

Kalarion Runesmith is a Half-Elf Wizard who resides in the City of Brass. He runs an enchanting business near the docks area on Lake Easifa. His Elven blood is Drow, which made him an outcast from most societies on Tol, and he found his way to a place where his parentage holds no interest or sway. Although his prices can be steep, he is generally considered to be one of the more honest enchanters to be found in the city.
