Palace of Heart's Desire

The Palace of Heart's Desire is the center of power for the Arch-Fey Zybilna in her domain of Prismeer. When the Hourglass Coven overthrew and imprisoned her, the realm was divided in the splinter realms of Hither, Thither, and Yon, but none of the Hags were so foolish or daring as to try to usurp the Palace itself. The Witchlight Court found that the whole Palace appears to be under some kind of temporal stasis, with almost everyone in it frozen in time. They are currently seeking to free Zybilna and end this curse.
