Thaco

Thaco is a Human who works as a clown at the Witchlight Carnival. He is one of the few people who remembers the Carnival before Msrrs. Witch and Light took over, and some wonder if he approves of the "new" owners. Burly, who has known him the longest other than Witch and Light, doesn't trust him, although the owners seem to. Although he dresses like a clown, he's almost never funny. Some speculate that he's simply become disillusioned over time, and it might be time for him to retire.

He has an enchanted bubble pipe which is his most cherished possession, and he's an extremely talented balloon artist. Since Witch & Light mostly keep him backstage, he's largely allowed to brood and be grumpy. Occasionally, however, Witch & Light ask him to make balloon animals for someone who has particularly worked towards making the Carnival's mood a good one. This, of course, just makes Thaco grumpier.
