Varadansar (va-ruh-DANSE-ar)

Varadansar is a small country nestled in the Veldonati Jungle in central southern Velnar. Despite being bordered by Chadramauthry to its west, Jantara to its north, and Chamadia to its east, little is known about this mysterious land or its equally insular and secretive people. They are Tishad, but there is a surprising amount of red-hair among the people, suggesting a strong number of Half-Elves and people with a streak of Elven blood as well. The people of Varadansar seem to have a knack for disappearing from those who are aggressive or hostile to them. The forests of the land display unusual levels of bio-luminescence at night, causing them to glow eerily when the moons aren't bright. Combined with the elven blood, this has suggested to many that Varadansar may be a land where there are many crossings to the Feywild. If this is true, it may explain why explorers have never found large cities in the region; those cities may exist in another world entirely. In those rare instances where the Varadansari travel or trade with others, they are polite and kind to a fault, but secretive. They trade fruit that doesn't grow anywhere else in Velnar, including peaches, cherries, and pomegranates. They also trade bows of exquisite craftsmanship, colorful silks, slender blades, and armor of beautiful design.
