Wensleymarsh Dalrymple

Wensleymarsh Dalrymple is the proprietor of the Merry Mimic Tavern in Kas Amnon, Tavanion. He is a Rock Gnome, but his dour, or at least pleasure-less, personality make him seem otherwise. Long ago, when the Witchlight Carnival was coming through, he made a bargain with an old woman at the faire. In exchange for the secret to make a drink that would be unique in all of Tol, he gave up his ability to express pleasure or smile. Now his Mimic Mead spreads delight to many, but it's impossible to tell if he feels any himself.
