General Karl Lisand took a mighty warfleet to the shores of the island nation of Oteth, where he would wage a decade-long guerilla conflict with the Wood Elves of Oteth and their King, Saevel Varo. Lisand would eventually claim victory and force the elves sue for peace. The Winter Star Accord would be signed shortly after the Battle of the Silvered Leaves and the establishment of a new monarchy and subsequent lordships on Oteth would begin.
