The Fifth Holy War in the name of the Order was a war between the Dark Elves and the Order. The elves tried to retake their ancestral lands from the human kingdom of Yi'Riila, but were defeated.

The Drow of The Darklands never forgave the forces of Order for their occupation of Yi'Riila and in 1245, they decided to strike back. Large scale assaults and raids took place all along the borders of the human kingdom, whose forces were just able to hold key fortifications in the area.   The Probare urged the faithful to come to the aid of the kingdom fighting against the chaotic elves. His voice was heard and most orderly rulers sent their forces.    The first to arrive were the Pilgrimite Legion, who secured Yi'Riila until more reinforcements arrived.    The forces of the kingdom were pushed back by the overwhelming number of elves and eventually, only a small land around Yi'Riila were left in human hands. Then the armies of the faithful arrived. They met the elves in the open and the enemy was forced to retreat.   Over a couple of years, the entire region was liberated and the elf leadership sued for peace.
