Ced Jollum is the Crimson Dawn Underboss on Corellia. They helped smuggle Zuush Alief and Tebrilli Zadane onto Corellia, but the pair were unable to keep up with their payments. When Ced tried to get what they and Crimson Dawn were due, the resulting incident led to Vissica Blackhand and Black Sun declaring war on Ced. They have added this to Zuush's tab, believing that having the mechanic in their pocket is more useful than making an example of them.
