Temple of Pheneas, Now Gallen

Many of the people in Tarynhall who partake in underground gambling and other shady business, often end up here. Many nobles in debt or even some shopkeepers have wound up wasting their fortunes and become acolytes in this temple. Many of the elves, half elves and humans here are hoping for a bit of luck to come their way, before they inevitably waste away their pocket change, yet again.
