She used her powers to carve massive Autumn Oaks into the barren badlands of Obsidia, creating a fertile region from the stone soil. Balenne has managed to lead one of the most successful marketing campaigns in Tyras' history, making New Traeventahl the second richest Free City in just 50 years, second only to Vol. Balenne's rebellious and progressive nature is reflected in the design and culture of her city, which values form over function, with a strong emphasis on materialism and vanity.
