Steam Machines

First created by Armand Garand . Due to Garand being willing to share his creations with Humans , Eldar , and Orc later emperors effectively outlawed the sharing of Vergar technology by enforcing strict bureaucratic measures via The Order. The creation of steam machines was followed quickly by the creation of zeppelins and other air machines powered and aided by various chemicals.
The largest steam machines were created for the purpose of making great factories which turned substances from the earth into newly refined materials. The metals and ores which Vergar had for millenia were now refined at a much faster and near astronomical rate. As always, there was a cost to the development of such technology and refinement. One of the less overt costs was the introduction of sloth and waste into the previously efficient Vergar society.
This category includes vehicles such as trains, tanks, and water ships driven by steam. It also includes all sorts of steam engines used to power everything from mills to great machines which are capable of powering large systems providing power for entire Vergar cities.
Steam machines are primarily powered by Quartzum although some alternative materials exist such as coal.
