Embrich ("Em-brick")

Embrich is a large mining town on the edge of the West Peaks that pulls iron and silver out of the earth. There are wagons, mining carts, and cart tracks found all over the hills, valley, and cliffsides that make up the town. The place is filled with hardworking miners and the facilities and entertainment to support them. Small refineries and blacksmiths belch smoke into the air, and the only stream makes its way into town with a dull brown color. This puts good water at a premium and is usually brought in for those who can afford it.

"You'll work harder than you ever have. Don't stir up trouble and never tell me 'No', and you'll leave here in a couple of months with more coin than you came in with, that's for sure." - Mining foreman

Embrich is physically split into two sections: one section is owned by mining companies that work their claims, and the other section is recognized by the Silver Council in Mearscon as the official town. The council does run programs in Mearscon and Tabonry to offer free travel and a path to earn cheap land to those who want to move into the west side of Embrich to grow the industry there.
There is constant friction between the two sections of the town.
