Stonehaven Noble Ward

The Noble Ward, also known as Upper Haven, houses the crème de la crème of society in the city of Stonehaven. They have larger buildings and less structural density than many of the other wards located within the city. Specialty shops, high class inns and gentlemen's clubs are located here, along with the residencies of the ruling class, and other affluent members of society. The fabled Spire of the Four, and the High Hall of the Scale are located within the Noble Ward, as is the Tower of Time; a great clockwork tower built with such height that it can be seen from most locations within the city.
