Sol(system)
The Sol system is the star system around Sol within the Alpha Quadrant of the Milky Way. The system has two worlds within its habitable zone; Terra, the homeworld of the Human species and by extensions its offshoot species such as the Terran and Genesian species as well, and Mars, a planet colonized and terraformed by the Terran species in the centuries following the formation of the Terran Dominion.
