Beau the Bombas... sky elf. Beau the Sky elf

• The party decided that it was better to cover up Zed's involvement with raising Iedei and blame the hags.
• Beau flew off on Friendship to meet with the Qivari.
• Beau disguised herself as a sky elf with clipped wings. This immediately gained her much sympathy.
• Beau could not remember the names of any sky elf places but deflected questions as best she could.
• The Qivari had heard a leader of the Fajyri had been imprisoned by the Hags and supposed allies of the Fajyri-Notuan alliance.
• Beau convinced the Qivari general, Ailmar Kelrel, that maybe the Fajyri hadn't attacked them with a dragon and to negotiate with the Fajyri-notuan alliance if a message was sent.
• Beau then frantically avoided medical attention for the next several minutes.

This one is gonna be tough

• The rest of the party approached the sky ship. It was about the size of the Retribution, but had three ballistae, two cannons, no chair room, and some other differences.
• It was crewed by humans and sky elves. There were six pegasi on board as well. They took aim at the party.
• After some debate, the party was allowed on board.
• The captain was Laerdya Dasandoral who was still mad about that one time the party tossed her off the side of their skyship, while she was bound.
• Kelkas, who had been saved by the party when he had been kidnapped by the Merchants' Guild, was also there and tried to convince captain Dasandoral to hear them out.
• Another cloaked figure, possibly Leon Enyr of New Port, was also there, and had a mixed opinion of the party, lamenting the tragedy of New Port.
• Apparenetly, the void dragon had mentioned Harold and the Divine Retribution was known at least to these few to have played a part in sending it south.
• The party argued, and lied, and tried to convince captain Dasandoral to join them. The party refused to apologize for their justified past reacitons.
• Rayne, annoyed at the state of his island, at the elves who were all his guests as this was not sky elf, certainly not Qivari empire land, not taking care of it, warring on holy ground, murdering each other in the woods his good friend Wisteria had blessed etc. and excited about his new city, scolded the sky elves and claimed Harold and Farren as his friends.
• The party finally managed to convince a still stubborn captain Dasandoral.
• Also, when Alton tried to introduce himself, captain Dasandoral wondered if that was "the name of the exile?"

Fight!

• The pegasi riders split into four groups to take some of the dragon's attention.
• Alton stayed on the sky ship to fire the cannons from a distance. The skyship did come in closer to get within ballista range.

• Several riders were knocked down and out of the fight

• Fernando and Zed hopped into Harold's bag of holding
• Harold and Farren and Beau were allowed to ride pegasi, despite clear outrage on the part of some of the elves at the thought of any non sky elf ie Farren riding one. Kelkas trusted Farren with his mount.
• The party dashed towards the creature's head, eventually closing the distance.
• Farren's aura of nice kept the pegasi aloft as the dragon breathed cold and death at them.
• Harold leapt onto the head and attacked an eye.
• Zed and Fernando emerged. Zed enlarged Harold.
• The captain jumped down as well, aiming to smite the other eye socket.
• The sky ship d damaged one wing
• The pegasi riders nearly destroyed the other
• The wings became easier to hit as they slowed down and took more damage.
• The dragon tried to shield it's head but could not when the party has clinging to the head itself.
• Beau tried to occupy the dragon, forcing it to dance. This effectively immobilized the head temporarily, though it did not prevent it from attacking.
• THe captain delivered a mighty smite to the dragon's head, but it was not enough to kill it.
• The dragon charged off the captain's attack and, unable to properly adjust itself thanks to Beau, took aim at the sky ship's side.
• The ship was hit, and some of the crew went down. The ship's steering was destroyed and it was heading down. Captain Dasandoral called to abandon ship and waited until the others were off.
• The Qivari took out a wing completely.
• Harold and Farren attacked the head once more.
• The dragon started to fall.
• Beau brought Zed to the horn. The dragon, on the ground, healed somewhat, but, at Zed's command, remained docile and lay down.
• Harold grew two more sizes and dashed over to help guide the sky ship down, saving the ship and some of it's crew. He then took a nap.
• Also, Beau the sky elf faked her death

We Have a Surprise for the Hags

• The captain wondered aloud if the hags might be scrying.
• Rayne assured him that he wasn't going to let anyone spy on his island while he was helping plan surprises for them. This brought a smile to Farren and Alton's faces.
• Zed took Fernando with him.
