Toroc, God of the Underworld
Toroc, also known as the Archdevil Emperor, is a god that presides within the depths of the Underworld, making him the only true god that does so. The nature of Toroc as a god can even be debated because of this, as it is unknown whether he is even capable of trans-planar travel anymore, since he seldom leaves his audience hall within the Golden Citadel and has never been spotted on other planes ever since he settled within the Underworld.
He is known as the creator and commander of anything infernal, although in the cases of his more powerful creations this unity is mostly just there on paper, as his created Archdevils and -demons feud with eachother even more than they do what they were made to do, which is to serve Toroc both in his conquests above, as well as his defence against below.
