Conjuration in Material Form

This staff represents the power of conjuration, a fragment of Mystra's spirit coalesced into material form. The city of Vorba was founded on the spot this staff appeared to spring forth from the ground of Winderia. It appears as a smooth oaken staff. As the wielder moves, small objects and organisms pop up around the wielder. They dissipate once the wielder moves at least five feet away from the place in which they appear.
Only a 20th-level wizard devoted to the arcane tradition of conjuration may attempt to attune with this staff. This can only occur after they have gained the approval of Mystra as the next Conjurer of the Eight and wielder of Creation, typically by completing a grand quest on her behalf. The staff dramatically increases the wielder's magical capabilities, particularly in the use of conjuration magic. However, the wielder cannot stray too far from the staff or suffer severe consequences.
Once a creature attunes to Creation, the attunement cannot be broken unless the wielder dies or the staff is destroyed.
