The Highway

Hundreds of roads crisscross Winderia, but the Highway is a monument unto itself. It bisects the peninsula from Vorba to Mystryl to Mur, and it is one of the great land trade routes of Cüro. The Holy Guard has done extensive work to improve the quality of travel; fitted flagstones ensure easy passage in inclement weather, and security has kept the number of criminal and violent incidents very low considering the volume of traffic. In addition to some magical trade alternatives, the Highway is the primary method of supplying Mur with the food and goods it needs to maintain the eastern defense of the peninsula.
