Bilgram (Bill-gram)
Placed after the Kings of Roscrea, that rule over entire kingdoms, Bilgrams are rulers over large cities in the land, and only answer to the kings of Roscrea, or the Emperor himself.
Requirements
To be born of a royal line, and to prove yourself better amongst your siblings.
Appointment
Crowned upon death of parent, competes against siblings to prove themselves fit to rule.
Duties
A bilgram has their duties in caring over an entire city, usually large in population, and a small section of surrounding land. They are responsible for protecting, guarding, feedings, taking care of the city, and ensuring the happiness of the populace.
Benefits
A bilgram is gifted large amounts of wealth, gathered by the city, and their own palace at the highest point of the city. They may pardon whoever they wish from imprisonment, and are able to lead their own private army.
Accoutrements & Equipment
Adorned by the Bilgram's ring, this ring acts as a stamp, that has a personal symbol of the bilgram to approve letters and laws. They also have their own battle armor to take into battle.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Removed by death, or by king of the kingdom, or the Emperor himself. If removed, the person is disgraced forever, if the bilgram dies, then they are placed within a family tomb.
