He is one of the high ups in the Armed Branch of the cult. Having armed cultists at his disposal. 
After the sacrifice in Asbravn he has moved over to Iriaebor and currently resides in the Tower of Callùna
The cult have infiltrated the Church of Callùna and especially in Iriaebor have had them work for the cult under the pretense that it will further their goal of reuniting Corellon and Lloth
