The Spire

The hidden base for the Council's meetings and recruits. "Where best to hide a tree than a forest" taken a bit more literally. The Spire is one of countless monolithic stone towers in the region known as The Spirelands. All naturally occurring, this one seems to have been hollowed out and magically enchanted in a great many places to accomodate it as a building.
