Harker's Island Contract.

Contract of Agreement Parties Involved: This contract is made between His Majesty King Arthur XVIII, Ruler of the Kingdom of Avalon (hereinafter referred to as "the King"), and Oman Dran, CEO of Acquisitions Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor"), on behalf of Franchise K, headquartered in the city of Soteropolis.
Subject Matter: The property known as Harker's Keep Island, located outside the territorial boundaries of the Kingdom of Avalon, is hereby granted to Franchise K of Acquisitions Incorporated. This island shall also serve as the new Headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix, a neutral organization tasked with upholding peace and maintaining order in North Azure.
Terms and Conditions:
Ownership and Purpose:
The Island of Harker's Keep shall be the official property of Franchise K of Acquisitions Incorporated. However, the primary purpose of the island is to act as the Headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix. The island is to remain a neutral location and shall not fall under the direct jurisdiction of any realm or kingdom, as established in the bylaws of the Order. These bylaws were ratified by the dragons during the formation of the Dovahkiin, ensuring the independence of the Order. Order of the Phoenix:
The Order of the Phoenix is reinstated as peacekeepers of North Azure and will operate autonomously on the island. They will not answer to the Kingdom of Avalon, any other realm, or military authority. Their role remains aligned with the original bylaws set forth by the dragons. The Supreme Commander of the Order of the Phoenix, once appointed, will work in collaboration with the leader of Franchise K on matters of security, military presence, and operational integrity of the island. Non-Interference: The Order of the Phoenix will not interfere with the operations and business of Franchise K unless said operations directly conflict with the mission of the Order as outlined in their bylaws. Should any conflict arise, it will be addressed through diplomatic channels between the Supreme Commander and the Franchise Leader. Franchise K’s Authority and Military Rights:
Franchise K has the right to establish and maintain their operational base on Harker's Keep Island for the purposes of Acquisitions Incorporated business. Franchise K may hire its own private security forces or mercenaries to protect the island, with all costs incurred for these forces to be borne by Franchise K. Should Franchise K require military protection from the Kingdom of Avalon, the King agrees to provide troops from the Crimson Dragons, at the Kingdom's expense. Military Collaboration:
The Supreme Commander of the Order of the Phoenix will have the final say regarding the presence of military units on the island. Any forces, whether from the Kingdom or privately hired by Franchise K, must be approved by the Supreme Commander before being stationed on Harker's Keep Island. Obligations to the Order of the Phoenix:
Franchise K is required to respect and support the Order of the Phoenix in its mission. All operations on the island must align with the Order’s mandate as peacekeepers, and any significant changes or developments must be discussed with the Supreme Commander. Franchise K will ensure that none of its activities undermine the neutrality and autonomy of the Order of the Phoenix. Forfeiture Clause:
Should Franchise K fail to uphold the terms of this agreement or act in a way that undermines the purpose and autonomy of the Order of the Phoenix, the Kingdom of Avalon reserves the right to reclaim Harker's Keep Island. In the event of a breach of contract, full ownership and control of the island will revert to King Arthur XVIII, and Franchise K will forfeit all rights to the property immediately without contest. Purpose

To reestablish the Head Quarters of the Order of the Phoenix who once operated on this island. It was also to give Franchise K a place to operate out of as well.

Legacy

The main purpose of the the contract was to establish the Order of the Phoenix on the island known as Harker's keep. Giving the organization netural grounds to operated from with no fealty to any Kingdom or Realm.

Term

if the terms and obligations of the contract are not met then the island goes back to the ownerhip of the Pendragon line of Kings.
