Defiance of Phlan

Three strangers meet one night in a tavern in Phlan. Each is drawn there for their own reasons, whether it coin, knowledge or power. They share tales of their homes around a few ales and decide that they would benefit from forming a party to take up jobs in the town. For all is not well in the large town of Phlan. Though the town is undergoing a boom in trade, something sinister is happening beneath the surface. Factions war for reasons unknown, whole villages disappear without trace and whispers of dragons are heard in hushed tones.   Little did our adventurers realise Fate had such plans in store for them, that this seemingly innocuous meeting would decide the very fate of Phlan and the Moonsea itself.
