Session 21: Peace Talks Report

General Summary

Vivienne and Magnum Opus finally return after running a pig-based errand for Rickety Hake. You all filled them in on what you discovered and let them know that there are peace talks scheduled with the Wachooti the following day. You coordinated a bit and rested for the evening.   The next day, you lightly pulled at the thread of Big Pharma via L3-37 Redgrave and Gwyn  asking around Rickety Squibbs. You met Jack Dawson who informed you that they had spotted a Big Pharma ship a few months ago while on watch, as well as last year around the same time. Thinking they have some sort of vested interest in the island, you tabled the subject for now.   Peace talks... did not go well. The Goblins claimed that y'all killed their Seer, and thus tried to take revenge. You tried to explain to them that you hadn't, but they didn't seem to want to listen. Language barriers are a bitch. You dispatched the leaders, and a few of the other goblins before they flee, flew... ran away! Rickety was a little shaken up, and him and Nora Ravenscroft returned back to town. Y'all followed the trail of the Goblins to figure out what was happening, and hopefully to find more evidence of Big Pharma.   You eventually made your way to the Goblin village. You observed them not dead, but seemingly normal. The seer appeared to be alive and well. One of the Goblins that escaped warned them, and they put more guards on high alert. You approached to do some investigation, but were not the stealthiest. L3 and Vivienne were discovered, but L3 was able to FIREHISALAZOR to kill the unfortunate goblins that made the discovery. You hid the bodies and regrouped. Magnum noticed there was a crate with Big Pharma markings in the village, and so it seems as though they may be working together. This was reinforced when you noticed a group of Big Pharma personnel entering the camp and conversing with the Seer...
