Camp Boss Griff
Griff is Fort Joy's very own gang leader, he controls the trade of goods to and from prisoners, extorts, harasses and even murders those that cross him. His gang makes up a good half of the prisoners in the camp. Most will be near him at the camp's kitchen. Before he was transported to Fort Joy he lived with his wife in Mewich and managed Good Counsel School where he and his wife taught children. -
The Red Prince
The Red Prince is a red Dragonborn from Mistrya. Because of his royal upbringing within Crownhold he developed arrogant behavior which is characteristic for someone of his position, as he is the crown prince of Mistrya. He's been forsaken to Fort Joy due to his enemies making a collaborative move against him.
