• Ander & Thistle Midspring
  Ander and thistle work at Barthens Provision, they keep the shop tidy, load and unload wagons, tend to Barthen's draft hoirses and other miscellanious tasks. Brothers Ander stands almost a head taller than Thistle, they both have shaggy brown hair and brown eyes,
• Daran Edermath
  Daran has silver hair, medium build, strong calloused hands, clearly his half eleven heritage favors the elven side his hazel eyes speak of a much experience. A gentle knowing smile typically crosses his face and a warm welcome including and offer of the best pies in Phandalan.
• Elmar Barthen
  Elmar is lean man, wearing simple workman's trousers and shirt, he has begun to loose the hair at the top of his head, he is courteous and polite, bargains little, he knows the value of his goods, doesn't gouge people and expects to be rewarded for the service he provides to the people of Phandalan and passing through.
• Gundrin Rockseeker
  Stout fellow of middle years, for a dwarf, brown hair and beard solid build and strong hands show tell tale signs of having worked hard for his life, and the pick axe at his back is well worn and showns signs of care.
• Harbin Wester
  Harbin is pale with a rough and pock mark face, still showing a ruddiness and pimples which is evident on his hands and face, he is overweight moves with furtive movements, his clothing and jewelry shows he is well to do in the village financially and most people in Phandalan treat him well as he moves about town.
• Qelline Alderleaf
  Blonde haired halfling female, light brown eyes and friendly smile, wearing clothes suited to both farming and kitchen work, her feet bare.
• Sildar Hallwinter
  Sildar Hallwinter was a retired soldier from the Griffon Cavalry of Waterdeep. He was a loyal member of the Lords' Alliance and a friend of Gundren Rockseeker. In 1481 DR, he was escorting Gundren Rockseeker but was ambushed and captured by the Cragmaw tribe.
• Toblen Stonhill
  Toblen is a medium height man with plain cut brown hair and blue eyes, he usually will have a mug or glass he is cleaning in hios hands, a welcoming smile and firm handshake.
