Cass wanted to know if anyone else dreamt -- "I had a nightmare again!"
She also wants to go to Forcalish, relatively soonish. Rohrouk wants (before that) to drop his tezkeleh captive off in Dekeli.
As much as it was bugging him, Brom asked rather pointedly: "are you gonna be okay?" [if we go back to where shark-man died?]. Cass, then Rohrouk, deflected -- so Brom left the group to go up outside. To ask himself the same question.
What will happen when you return to that place of tragedy?
(both of the Champions and of the Spirit)
(in the meanwhile, there's more talking-about-Brom-behind-his-back which is fun to listen to)
Rohrouk approached Brom, to try and get him on the same page. All Brom gleamed from the conversation was that Rohrouk doesn't understand human phrases (i.e. "stick up your ass").
Without Brom:
Rohrouk asked if Cass had always been blind: "as far as I know".
Cass wants to return to the Temple of the Raven Queen, to ask (maybe Laela) about the dark lighthouse.
The seer pulled cards, and, asking about her father, saw two figures on a dock. One had twisted sea serpents tattooed along his arms; the other was a young boy. The two were silently fishing with rods on the dock.

The Return to Himaeus
After several days the party returned to Himaeus (a new experience for some). Once the party answered his questions --
when are we gonna be there? I have
some spells I
need to cast.
Spirit lead me where my trust is without bordersTake me deeper than my feet could ever wander
Prepared, we were approached by the dragonborn first mate. "The crew wished to provide these" -- two small vials of healing potions
The Hydra, round 2
We waited for the hydra to peek out of its watery cove before attacking. I spoke to it, in the same way the telepathic speaking: "you will die here". It was not enthused.
After we won -- surprisingly handily -- Rohrouk retrieved
both of its hearts. Cass threw silver coins to Eragon, who tossed them into the cave for Avrios and Luce.
The Key in Himaeus
Outside, a dwarf in brown robes (carrying a staff) met us. The party explained that it was Kiryntes, the dragon who had asked them to kill the hydra. Kiryntes spoke of Deltavros, and of the losses the hero experienced. The defeat, and the fortitude to come back from loss. Seeing in us this resolve, he gave us a
small stone carving -- one of the key's to Deltavros' tomb. The dragon spoke even of the
ink-black sea, the one we've seen in connection to Cassandra and her past.
Directly to Brom: "Good answer (what is your purpose here? "I have unfinished business"). And of the remains of the lost Fatecarvers? "Devoured; they are no more." In parting, he left us (Eragon) a
staff of defense.
We were cheered back onboard when the
Shortreef returned. Next off, Dekeli.
