Modar's Journal: A Goblin? Sure!

You should have seen Rasputin's face when I dumped that sack of 100 goblin heads on his desk. He was impressed, not happy, but impressed. We got the money too.
 
Flux and I made a haul cleaning up this goblin mess. FIXNAME is handing merchandise, but I'll be surprised if this isn't my single largest payday. Feels weird, riding the knight of shame to a dead cat bounce. Working on a plan to make sure we get off at the right time. My relationships FIXNAME is facilitating just couldn't be progressing more smoothly.
 
I was pretty doubtful about the goblin enforcer and I still think it was sabotage, but results speak and I'll take a goblin that makes bank over an angel in the poorhouse anyday.
 
More leads rolling in on the Sebastian case, the oil is from a rare eel and is prized for magical properties and volatility. Some druids are apparently big into that market, so we will follow up on them.
 
I think there will be some side work, and then we can really get cracking on the next layer of this investigation.
