Alaea Tsubu

Alaea Tsubu is the ruler of Shiokosho City. She once shared reign of the city with her brother, Sansho Tsubu, until his unfortunate passing in 78AM in The Roripop Kingdom's Candy Crusade.

Physical Description

Apparel & Accessories

Wears a pinkish-red crystal headband made to look like deer antlers. She made this herself shortly after she became ruler using the crystals from her side of the city. She also wears a band around her right wrist depicting half of The Scale of Judgement that her mother gave her.

Personal history

Alaea Tsubu was lovingly raised by her father and mother who were the previous rulers of Shikosho City. From a young age she was taught discipline and religious devotion. Worshiping Pitaya is all Alaea has ever known, and she was taught that all other religions were false.

No one knows what happened to her parents, for when Alaea and Sansho eventually took control of Shiokosho at age 18, they were never spoken of again. Their whereabouts are still unknown.

Alaea and Sansho had trouble deciding how to rule the city at first but eventually reached an agreement: they would each rule half. Sansho's half resides on the northern side of the city. Much of the landscape is covered with peppercorn-like ash, creating small dunes all across the district. A majority of the mines are found in this district, built up the sides of the mountains, causing ash and dust to rain down upon the district, creating a gloomy atmosphere and the small dunes of ash. This dry atmosphere is due to the district being closer to Azalea Desert. A lot of the buildings are made from crude stone and the streets are adorned with green lanterns.

Sansho ruled his side of the city with an iron fist and martial law, condemning those who had different beliefs either to work in the mines or death. Because of his harsh reign, he was the less preferable sibling. This did not bother him however, for he thought he was acting in a way that would appease Pitaya.

He was also also the sibling responsible for attending the Monthly Agenda Council to represent the city. While attending one of these meetings he met his demise during The Candy Crusade.

Morality & Philosophy

Alaea believes that the people are always right, and when everyone puts their heads together, anything is possible. She cares for those in Shiokosho and listen to their every request. Alaea is often seen walking about the streets of her side of the city, talking to residents and handing out gifts.

Alaea is motivated by the idea of unity and community. She believes that if everyone works together and is nice to one another they will all pass the The Judging of the Scales and ascend to Reveri.

Alaea is often compared to being some kind of brainwashed zombie; her tone is always certain and to the point. She is very montone and doesn't beat around the bush. Many are creeped out by her, same as her brother.
