|C| D for Vendetta

No Gods, No Masters.
Harpers of the heroes of the world beyond the mists. Their code has them work against villainy and wickedness wherever they find it - All beings should walk free of fear with the right to live their lives as they wish. For freedom to flourish, all must be in balance, and whatever it takes they will do, though even the Harpers themselves must be free. Anyone who hears the call of personal power and seizes power is a traitor. Traitors must die for freedom to live.
All is NOT Well.
You each have been made a victim of traitors. The powerful have conspired to oppress and exploit you. They would appropriate your effort, your labor, and your attention to their own self-serving ends.
All should be free, and only violent revolution will end our enslavement.
The only ethical community is one ruled by the people for the people - community is your family. Do not betray your family.

Progress

Entering Vallaki

The Guardians of the Horizon found Dissonant Lyric playing for the Vallaki crowd. After their set, the bandmates were taken to jail, however it was as though this was the norm. Ocarin Stonehollow used the message spell to ask Zondra "Z" Krezkova a few questions and got some information about the town.

Breaking out of the Jailhouse

Once taken the jail by the town guard, the Guardians of the Horizon found allies in Dissonant Lyric. After getting to know each other, the bandmates helped the Guardians of the Horizon escape, revealing that they have been able to leave at any moment and perhaps have been leaving their cells nightly.

Investigating the Catacombs

The Guardians of the Horizon, while attempting to find Dissonant Lyric, found a false wall in the jailhouse and followed it into strange ancient catacombs underneath the town. Deep within the catacombs the Guardians of the Horizon found a chamber that had been filled with barrels of blackpowder - suspiciously located beneath where the Vallakian Burgomaster's Mansion would be.

The Festival of the Setting Sun

Every new festival, the elite of Town of Vallaki have a brunch where they select the "ne'er-do-well" to make an example of. However, soon after the brunch began, the Vallakian Burgomaster's Mansion was vaporized in an intense explosion. The Guardians of the Horizon worked to save bystanders, orphans, and the elderly and even fought a legion of ancient Shadar Kai spirits from the catacombs. Ocarin Stonehollow ended the spirit legion's threat by consuming and freeing them into the beyond.

The Trial of Dissonant Lyric

At the Arasek Stockyard, the members of Dissonant Lyric plead their case to the people of Vallaki. With the support of the Guardians of the Horizon, the shoemaker that the Guardians of the Horizon saved from the Baron's closet, and additional documentation, the bandmates were sentanced to serve the town under the new Burgomaster's supervision.

Conclusion

The people of Vallaki have been liberated from the tyranny of tyrants and the members of Dissonant Lyric have been sentanced to serve the Town of Vallaki.
